The full cone spray pattern has a design that is heavier in the middle. The spray angle is constant at pressures between 20 and 80 p.s.i. The CCS nozzles are machined from bar, and includes a one piece body along with a non-removable insert. It is made up of brass and is used in temperature control applications, where the volume of spray coolant can be adjusted without affecting the spray coverage. This helps the users to optimize the efficiency of heat transfer by avoiding coverage area loss. The CCS nozzles are provided with an internal insert that will not come loose in thermal cycling environments. It features - Continuous Casting and Billet Casting and is used for rinsing and heat Exchanger Cooling.
