Heavy duty sacks line (FFS) including: • Motorized unwinder for reels diameter 1500 mm. • Stack type flexo printing • 2 - 4 - 6 colors table 800 mm. • Embossing unit 2-tracks, and side gussets. • Single station automatic winder for reels diameter 1500 mm The line includes corona treatment (refresh or total), automatic edge guide ,before printing machine and before winding, micro perforation. The industrial bags are tubular or flat side gussets, intended to be used on automatic filling machines for packaging of various products such as: Granulated polymers resins (LDPE - HDPE - PP etc.), fertilizers, salt, expanded clays, pet feed etc.. Thanks to modern extrusion technology, combined with the use of new generation of resins, and suitable formulations, is possible to get dedicated sacks with excellent impact resistance, perforations and cuts. Our line is independent and allows to get sacks printed in a different configuration with 2, 4 and 6 colors, with 2 embossed tracks to prevent slipping and moving, with side gussets. The final product is a reel with a diameter of 1500 mm. The jumbo rolls are coming from the extrusion lines, while the finished reels are designed for subsequent filling operations, or to suit automatic bag-makers machines for the production of individual bags.
