DESCRIPTION The ultrasound cutting machine ERMA 600P is designed to cut round fresh or frozen cakes into angular portions. APPLICATIONS • Products: Fresh or frozen bakery products. • Dimensions: Round cakes of all diameters. • Speed : 500 to 700 cakes / hour depending on the number of individual portions per cake, combined with the height and the texture of the product. OPTIONS • Cutting directly inside the mould with special ultrasonic blades. • Cutting of products with different diameters.
