DESCRIPTION The ultrasound cutting machine ERMA 45C is designed to cut products from bars into slices of adjustable widths. APPLICATIONS • Products : Cheese, fresh or frozen bakery products, meat products. • Dimensions : Bars, height 140mm max. • Mechanical speed : 120 cuts / minute. • Output speed : dependant on the product and the number of bars to be cut simultaneously. OPTIONS • Blade width adaptable for the cutting of 2, 3 or 4 bars simultaneously. • Output in : multiple slices, individual slices or collations. • Automatic paper interleave system. • Special conveyor to bring slices to the packaging machine infeed. • Automatic feeding system of the packaging machine.
