It also ensures the high quality of the entire surface area. The direct drive of the glue applicator rolls enables individually adjustable speed settings for each Glue Unit level. The applicator rolls are also available with different grids for your individual production requirements. The controls of the Glue Units are integrated into the front panel but can also be operated from the control station. The Machine Control Center (MCC) with its touch panel provides a comprehensive overview and monitoring of the gluing process. For this purpose, the integrated glue level monitoring system features downstream feed actuation.
