In order to optimally control the production process in a biogas plant, continuous monitoring of the biogas produced is required.
With the GMC Biogas 08 biogas analysis system, the contents of residual oxygen, methane, carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide are determined in individually defined measurement cycles.
The following reasons speak for the use of the GMC Biogas 08 biogas analyzer from Bieler + Lang:
• Double infrared measuring bench for CH4 and CO2
• H2S sensor in separate measuring gas path with independently adjustable measuring interval
• Overload protection for the H2S sensor
• Very good price-performance ratio Simple, menu-driven operation
• Modular design, good expandability
• Low maintenance requirements
• Integrated data logger for 1440 data sets including data output in Excel (via RS 232 interface)
• Active control of pump function before each measurement
• Automatic zero-point calibration of sensors before each measurement
Possible additional options:
• Sample gas cooler with automatic condensate drainage:
• Gas dehumidification by means of Peltier cooling, outlet temperature of sample gas: +5 degrees Celsius.
• Relay module for switching external alarms
• Field bus module
• Measuring point switchover to up to four suction points
• Connection of up to two gas sensors for room monitoring
