Welding force is applied mechanically. As a rule, the direction of force and vibration is parallel to the joint surface.
- Extremely short process times, thanks to electrical vibrations in the ultrasonic range
- Clocked or continuous welding is possible
- Separate areas, numerous welding and riveting connections, and various joining directions can be welded in parallel; individual parameter setting and monitoring is possible
- Welding can be distance-, energy- or time-dependent
- Reproducible good weld results when welding and riveting
- Large selection of thermoplasts can be welded
