With the FP 53 model, which got working traveles of 19.6”x11.8”, BIEMMEPI offers on the market a precise and robust machine to a really competitive price: inheriting the proverbial robustness and the working precision by the MC series, it finds application in varied sectors of employment, from the professional engraving to the hight precision machining. Carrying structure realized with fusions of stabilized cast iron, anti-backlash ballscrews, spindle motor of 600 W and 24.000 rpm are only some of the mechanical “plus” that differentiate this new product. FP 53 permit to engrave and mill, not only plastics material, but also brass, aluminium and steel, and it guarantees an hight affidability that has never been so convenient. The strong stirrups available with the machine for clamp the pieces makes the clamping operation very fast and easy; the self centering vise, in sotitution of the standard working table available, simplifies notably the plates and pieces campling of small and medium size. CAD-CAM for engraving and BMPCAD Plate software are included into the price of all the models of the serie, but because they are based of standard ISO (G-code), they can receive tool path generated by any CAD-CAM system of the market.
