The new large size engraving machine family, composed by FP 68 and FP 120 models, complete the high of the this series producted by BIMMEPI SISTEMI. The proverbial robustness and working precision of the BIEMMEPI’s engraving machine finally conjugates him with large working areas: the machining area of 32”x24” and the large opening between uprights (34”) allow to engrave large plates and panels, without however to block the possibility to be able to work material such as stainless steel. The versatility of this model is amplified by the possibility to machining of vertical pieces up to 3,9” travel: the box-type milling and engraving of large size are not a problem anymore; you can easily clamp the piece thanks to the vertical T-slot worktable of the machine, which can be positionated at to different level. The carrying structure of the machine has been designed in order to guaranteeing a great rigidity and high precision. The powerful spindle (600 W) guarantee to do heavy machining such as hight depth milling of brass and aluminium or engraving of steel alloy. The sturdiness of the spindle BIEMMEPI is by now legendary and it can guarantee thousand of times of job with the same power and precision. Anti-backlash ballscrews and the components hight quality, with the accuracy used to built up the machine, you can get good success and satisfaction also doing 2D and 3D engraving.
