This pre-grader model has polyurethane spiral rollers in the pre-grading bed. Due to the spiral shape, the crop is transported as damage-free as possible and the oversize is separated quickly and safely by adjusting the roller distance. The pre-sorter is equipped with a direct drive per roll. As a result, slip and wear are kept to a minimum, guaranteeing a long product lifespan. The pre-graderis available as standard in versions with 6 rollers, but can be expanded with additional rollers for a higher capacity. STANDARD EQUIPPED WITH • Drive by means of engines and gear units per shaft (0,75 kW per shaft). • Product conveyor under the machines, equipped with belt guidance system for optimal belt control. • Discharge conveyors with double directive, so unloading at the left or right side of the machine can be easily set. • Distance between the rollers adjustable through hydraulic pump unit or hand spindle, settable from 5 - 59mm. • Bearing of the rollers through double bearings. • Easily adjustable angle of inclination. • Possibility (aftwerwards) to incorporate a continental web, thus increasing the cleaning capacity of the unit and to create a possibility for sorting. • Suspension of the rollers by means of a proper scissor construction. • BLC Line Module System. OPTIONS • Version with 7 or 8 rollers instead of 6. • Frequency converter onto drive of the pre-grader. • Undersize conveyor, slidable on rollers. • Self-cleaning pre-grader (Turbo Clean). • Electrical connection for an extra conveyor. • Supporting frame to use the machine as a standalone unit.
