Group with Dx/Sx rotating trapezoidal screw, supports and dust cup cylinders for manual or motorised unified bidirectional movements with mechanical or electronic position indicator. Group complete with felt dust cups, ready to mount flexible rubber protective screw covers. Groups E/DXABC+LXY2...R/L with dust protection are ideal for bidirectional movement with unified motion of Dx/Sx screws at a maximum distance of up to 200 times it’s diameter with the possibility of regulating axial play. Group mainly used horizontally and, if needed, also vertically/obliquely after prior risk assessment relative to the specific application. The system allows the control of the maximum wear of the nuts, tolerable up to a 1/4 of pitch, and helps to provide an adequate protection for the machine by limiting any eventual risks due to nuts breaking. Alternatively we have Group version E/DXABC+LX2...R/L with dust protection that can be used for horizontal Dx/Sx movement only, without axial play adjustment, and offering a smaller footprint and greater economy.
