Trapezoidal screw linear unit COMPACT STEEL - DVA+LVZ (LV)

Group with rotating trapezoidal screw and supports with reduced dimensions, (without dust cups) for short manual or motorised movements with mechanical or electronic position indicator. Group C/DVA+LVZ with short screw, allows the regulation of axial play and is mostly used horizontally, however it can also be used vertically/obliquely after prior risk assessment relative to the specific application. The system allows the control of the maximum wear of the nuts, tolerable up to a 1/4 of a pass, and helps to provide an adequate protection for the machine by limiting any eventual risks due to nuts breaking (use the Compact safety Group if better vertical security is needed). Alternatively we have Group version C/DVA+LV that can be used for horizontal movements only having a short screw, without axial play adjustment, and offering a smaller footprint and greater economy. Supports for screws from TR 10 to TR 60.
