The processes executed in our workshop are: CUT TO SIZE TURNING MILLING KEY SEAT DRILLING COUPLING THREAD IN PHASE for realization of threaded bars longer than 6 meters SMOOTHENING OF THREAD PROFILE SPECIAL THREADS Our factory is equipped to work without any problems threaded shafts from Ø10 to Ø100 with length of 6 meters. BIMECCANICA SRL produces only threaded bars made for removal with precision machine tool, each single production lot is controlled in order to guarantee the quality of product; we can guarantee pitch accurancy and linearity of screw .
