Group with rotating trapezoidal screw and light supports with reduced dimensions, (without dust cups) for medium/long manual or motorised movements with mechanical or electronic position indicator. Group C/DVO/AB+LVZO with medium/long screw is ideal for low load, high speed, horizontal movements, allows the regulation of axial play but, however, it can also be used vertically/obliquely after prior risk assessment relative to the specific application. The system allows the control of the maximum wear of the nuts, tolerable up to a 1/4 of pitch, and helps to provide an adequate protection for the machine by limiting any eventual risks due to nuts breaking. Alternatively we have Group version C/DVO/AB+LVO that can be used for horizontal movement only having a medium/long screw, without axial play adjustment, and offering a smaller footprint and greater economy. Support for screws from TR 10 to TR 40.
