The SBR II 115 is a microprocessor-driven SmartBob II remote sensor with 115 VAC, a corrosion-resistant polycarbonate enclosure, and an air inlet port. It is hazardous location approved and C/US listed for Class II, Groups E, F, and G. The AO models do not have hazardous location approvals.
SmartBob® revolutionizes tape measure automation and is the cornerstone of a comprehensive level measurement solution. This system employs cable-based sensors to accurately measure levels in bins up to 150 feet in height. It eliminates tedious bin-climbing routines as SmartBob simplifies and automates inventory when used with Binventory or BinCloud software.
Offering versatility, SmartBob comes in various models tailored for Submersed Solids (SS) in brine tanks and an Analog Output (AO) variant equipped with built-in 4-20 mA output. With options ranging from high-temperature tolerances, to cable variations, and mounting accessories, Smart Bob will help you conduct inventory efficiently.
The SmartBob remote is the core of a complete level measurement system using cable-based sensors to reliably measure levels in bins up to 150 feet tall.
Tired of climbing bins? Want to automate and keep it simple?
Bob is a model citizen:
Submersed solids: The SS is designed for brine tanks and measuring the level of solid materials below a liquid surface.
Analog Output: The AO has a built-in 4-20 mA output and integrated keypad that automatically transmits data to a PLC with every measurement.
MultiBob: Mount from 2 to 32 remotes on a single vessel and Binventory software will average the measurement data from all the sensors.
