DIFFUSE AIR AERATION SYSTEM
The diffuse Air Aeration System, a thin bubble type, consists of one of the most modern and efficient systems for the supply of oxygen in Effluent Treatment Processes in several industrial segments. Aeration is an essential part of the most diverse treatment technologies for the supply of oxygen to the bacterial flora, which is responsible for the degradation of the organic matter and the nutrients present in the effluents. The diffused air system enables a wide range of arrangements and applications and, compared to conventional aeration systems (aerators), offers a number of benefits, among which we can highlight:
Greater efficiency;
Lower energy consumption;
Increased operational control by controlling the air flow supplied to the system;
Lower operational intervention;
Greater distribution and homogenization in the aeration tank.
The Diffuse Air system can be applied in three modalities, being:
FIXED SYSTEM - REMOVABLE SYSTEM
The Fixed System consists of a set of distribution branches fixed to the bottom of the tank, where the thin air bubble diffusers, which can be circular or disc, will be distributed through a supply manifold with adequate speeds to ensure the correct distribution of air throughout the system.
REMOVABLE SYSTEM
The Removable System consists of an aeration grid composed of a number of diffusers, circular or disc type, which is supported to the bottom of the tank through a stainless steel ballast frame and supplied by individual lines from the distribution manifold blowers.
