WATER TREATMENT STATION
Water treatment encompasses different physicochemical processes that aim to raise water quality to meet public supply standards (human consumption) or those required for industrial use.
Bio G Water Treatment Plants are easy to operate and maintain, making them attractive and cost effective. The employed materials have high performance and high chemical resistance to corrosion caused by chemicals used in the treatment of water, bringing safety to the final consumer. Are designed and delivered in accordance with the demands of each client. The materials used in manufacturing are carbon steel, stainless steel and PRFV (glass fiber reinforced polyester). The modulation of the flow occurs from 5 L / s, being that it does not limit the maximum flow and with the increase facility of according to the client's need.
Stainless steel water treatment plants have advantages associated with the material used in the manufacturing process, which gives it high durability, excellent corrosion resistance, low mechanical maintenance and modulation according to the customer's needs. Still, it allows the treatment of raw water with different biological and physico-chemical characteristics.
THE STAGES OF THE TREATMENT PROCESS ARE: -
• Coagulation - Rapid mixing;
• Flocculation - Mechanical or hydraulic flocculator;
• Solid-liquid separation – High Rate Decanter or FAD;
• Filtration - Filters (Sand or Sand and Coal);
• Disinfection.
