Dissolved air flotation unit

MOBILE FLOATING AND / OR DEHYDRATION UNIT Also known as Flotation and Dehydration SKID, its a transportable dissolved air flotation unit (FAD) with a mechanized dehydration unit - Decanter. This set is mounted on a fixed or mobile (chassis or roll-on) platform that enables rapid transportation and a variety of tests in the treatment of effluent and water. Can be assembled only with floor; lateral structures and cover; and even floor, closing on the sides and cover. The electrical control panel is prepared to work with all line voltages at the input, this ensures compatibility anywhere that has three-phase power. The smallest model of the Mobile Unit with DAF and Decanter is in the flow of 5 and 1 m³ / h, respectively. THE MOBILE UNIT CAN BE COMPOSED OF THREE DIFFERENT OPTIONS, DEPENDING ON THE NEED OF APPLICATION OF EACH CLIENT, BEING: • Physical / chemical flotation system; • Dehydration system; • Flotation and dehydration systems.
