The Synergy™ H1 is a hybrid multi-mode microplate reader which is monochromator-based. It can be transformed into a hybrid system when a filter-based optical module is attached to it.
It features a Hybrid Technology™ which combines flexible monochromator detection with high performance dichroic-based detection. The instrument is also compatible with the gas controller for control and monitoring of CO2 and O2, and with Take3™ Micro-Volume Plate which enables the measurement of samples down to 2 µL volume. A quadruple grating monochromator for maximum flexibility and ease of use is installed into the design. The instrument is also built with dichroic-based filter optics for enhanced detection technologies such as fluorescence polarization and time resolved fluorescence.
The Synergy™ is available with a Gen5 software.
