Systems include the linear guide track and wheel plate carriage assemblies pre-installed and adjusted. All units are fitted with double row bearings and cap seals to ensure a long and trouble-free life. The general purpose spacer slide is precision cold drawn and hardened on the vee running surfaces to provide good accuracy and long service life, even in the most hostile environments. Specifying could not be easier. Simply check the load to be carried against the carriage load capacities and check that the physical size meets your requirements. Simple Select utilizes proven Hepco vee slide technology and is ideal for high speed and short stroke movements. The guide track can be fitted to unmachined surfaces if required and is great for attaching to extruded aluminum profiles. The design enables short installation time because the linear bearing carriage is assembled and adjusted to the linear track. Simply mount the track with fasteners, and attach your load to the carriage. The carriage features double row ball bearing guide wheels for long and trouble free life. The wheels are covered and protected by cap seal wipers which prevent dirt ingress and ensure constant positive lubrication.
