Our technical offices put great care into the choice of optimal materials and thermal treatments to ensure durability and reliability of the mould over time. DESIGN Cutting-edge solid modelling systems featuring specific modules for more complex parts that are able to generate tool paths are applied in the design of the various components. The mould as a whole is designed on hardware workstations with Pro-E software. CONSTRUCTION The close synergy between the mould construction workshop and the technical office ensures high performance during the moulding phase. CHECKS AND INSPECTIONS Every component of the mould is carefully checked and inspected dimensionally in terms of tolerance values, couplings and sliding by qualified experts and mechanical adjusters. TESTING Finally, the mould is tested in the moulding department to determine both perfect operation and the compliance of the moulded piece with specific customer requirements.
