Description

The heat exchanger installed in the continuous recooling unit is easy to open for cleaning when dealing with heavily contaminated media. The air intake for the condenser can be optionally supplied with an air filter. The units come as standard with 1 or 2 axial fans, or can be optionally fitted with a radial fan for duct connection from the DL 350 models upwards. The stable, attractive sectional sheet steel housing is powder coated and accommodates the control system. By arranging the control panel, switch box and condenser on one side, the unit can be mounted even in the most restricted space. There is sufficient empty space under the refrigeration components to permit the installation of compensating tanks, feed pumps and safety gear.. The units are available with up to 5 refrigerating circuits using a single refrigerant compressor and independent control of each individual refrigeration circuit. On request, a differential control system can be supplied relative to the room temperature or machine bed temperature with a hysteresis from 0.1 K, or a three-point control system for heating and cooling. With extremely compact external dimensions made possible by intelligent utilization of the available space, the refrigeration unit can be integrated into the machine. All units are available with water-cooled condenser and heat recovery. Energy efficient versions with free refrigeration and speed-controlled drive systems are also available.
