Cooling filtration systems are designed for the automatic cleaning and temperature control of cooling lubricants. They are used in honing and grinding machines, lathes, machining centres, in hardening equipment and washing systems.
Functional characteristics:
The cooling lubricant is cooled following on from the filtration process using a refrigeration unit integrated into the plant. Cleaned coolant flows around the coolant evaporator immersed in the coolant tank, and is cooled on a temperature-dependent basis.
A mounted coolant machine pump conveys the treated coolant back to the point of machining. An optional heating system can also be installed for temperature control of the coolant.
