Description

BLANKE PERMATOP SF for tiles and natural stone floor coverings is a modular combination of perfectly matching individual components for use in heating and cooling rooms. It consists of a self-levelling energy distribution layer BLANKE SF FILLER with integrated water-carrying heating and cooling pipework made of a high-quality PE heating pipe, which makes it with Velcro extremely easy to lay onto the self-adhesive fibre fabric mat. The tried-and-trusted BLANKE PERMAT decoupling mat rounds off this system to make it suitable for all floor surface coverings. Expert's tip BLANKE PERMATOP SF is combines perfectly with BLANKE PERMATOP WALL and BLANKE BASEMAX. Areas of application BLANKE PERMATOP SF can be used on firm substrates that are suit-able for laying tile surfaces. These include in particular old screed substrates, existing tile surfaces as well as securely screwed-down OSB boards and dry screeds. Installation Substrates must be primed with BLANKE GROUND according to their type. The self-adhesive fibre fabric mat BLANKE SF BASE is laid out and pressed down over the whole surface of the substrate. The heat-ing pipes are laid out in a spiral pattern matching the predetermined grid on the fibre fabric mat. No further fixing is required thanks to the Velcro fastening technology. The heating conductors are encap-sulated with BLANKE SF FILLER. The pipe covering must be at least 1 mm thick. In case of non-ceramic coverings, the covering must be at least 3 mm thick over the pipes. The Blanke PERMAT decoupling mat can be glued once the BLANKE SF FILLER has cured. Afterwards, the tile surface can be glued in thin bed mortar
