Electric drive system ErgoMove® 1000

The ErgoMove® 1000 moves loads up to 1,000 kilogrammes and consists of the two set components of cockpit and electrically driven fixed castors. In addition to the drive assistance, the ErgoMove® 1000 also features steering and braking assistance. The driven fixed castors of the ErgoMove® 1000 support the weight of the trolley. The intelligent control system ensures smooth movement no matter the trolley weight. The ErgoMove® 1000 also features “plug and play” installation and intuitive controls. As a result, the system can be used immediately after only brief instruction, ensuring high efficiency and cost savings. Cockpit The ErgoMove® 1000 kit includes an ergonomic handle with pre-assembled cables as standard. Two versions of the handle are available – one with a power sensor, and one with two rotary joysticks. The cockpit has an integrated control system and replaceable batteries. Electrically-driven fixed castors The set contains one left and one right fixed castor with a thrust force of max. 30 daN each. These are available in different sizes. The driven fixed castors are also available separately for integration into your own equipment control system.
