Description
The Extrusion screw is specifically utilized for the extrusion of plastic profiles, plastic injections, rubber production, and for food production. This device is suitable for some demanding processes where the requirement for wear resistance is higher. Some of these processes includes the manufacturing of different kinds of plastics, having defined abrasive additives. The product cannot be used in processes where materials are filled with an abrasive element such as more than 15% glass fiber are processed.
Other specifications include a production range from Ø 25 to Ø 750 mm x to the length of 6000 mm and a nitrated layer having a thickness of 0,6 mm and a toughness of ~ 950 HV.
