Different faults are located and marked on the touch screen 3.5 ":
- A thick crimp too much or too thin with respect to the used RIVKLE®
- A RIVKLE® which is not completely screwed
- A broken rod
All these faults result a power cut in air and are indicated by LEDs on the tool as well as on the control box (which provides additional information on the screen). The operator becomes aware of the error, correct it, fulfill it and can resume work.
Optionally, the tool can be calibrated to a given plant stress; have other payment systems (key, button, RFID), a longer cable (5m of origin, up to 20m in option) and any other option already available for the P1007 range, P2007 and P3007 (vertical kit, stem)
This new equipment is placed naturally between supply tools to the standard EPK effort and more complex system that can integrate and communicate with a PC or the customer environment.
