The HAT machine is specially designed for automatic closing of cardboard boxes using hot-melt, which guarantees their perfect closing. There are 2 versions available: – The model HAT has two heads for bonding two caps simultaneously. – The model HAT / M is a single -head model. Operating motors in Servo mode. Lid Storage: 1.5 meters (high working autonomy). Flexible: adjustable sizes from 600x600x400 to 200x200x140 mm Gluing time: adjustable from machine screen. Adaptable: ready for integration in production lines. Operation: box separation system (prevents boxes are pushed). Automatic: automatic detection and adjustment of box height. There is 1 version of the machine to work in fixed height.
