The new self-lubricated ball bush has been developed to work with little maintenance and is able to operate in dust conditions. The patented system with ball guidance and graphite insertions in the bronze cage allows for the usual Bolexp-bush fluid working, without requiring a continuous maintenance. Furthermore, the new channel grouping, with double contact lines, allows a bigger load capacity, up to +25%. And the steel used for the outer cage has high resistance to wear. Also, the grease retainers in the ends of the bronze cage ensure the retention of graphite particles and prevent dirt from getting inside.
