Paper roll materials handling clamp RA-NJ-3 Series

The RA-NJ-3 series is equipped with a rotating paper roll clamp aims for vertical and horizontal roll handling. This machine contains a three split long arms that allows the handling of one large roll or 2-3 of various diameters. It is constructed with a pivoting arm movement which are short and long arms. To avoid the risks of edge damage, it has a 180° rotation equipped with hydraulic cushioning in vertical positions. Notes: • Two hydraulic functions required. • See hydraulic specifications page for pressure and flow rate recommendations. • Standard contact pads: cast pad with high-friction surface. • For bilge handling, 5-degree forward tilt on upright is required. Options: • Special roll ranges. • Special arms for 0-degree tilt. • Contact pad options: steel-sprayed, polyutethane-faced, rubber faced, flexible.
