Explosion vent

The evacuation of industrial dust explosions has been practiced for decades and offers an economical protection solution in facilities where dust explosions can occur. When determining explosion caps, the effect of the ejected ball of flames (both pressure and flame) and associated risks should be taken into account. Therefore, the explosion evacuation should be directed to a safe area. Filter installations with pneumatic cleaning systems and high vacuum operations require an explosion cover that can withstand vacuum and periodic positive pressure operation for a long time. Thanks to its domed design, negative pressure resistance is possible without extra vacuum support.
