The edger REF/4 is a heavy duty machine, consisting of two opposite cutting heads. Each head carries two telescopic spindles holding the circular blades. The edger can cut boards and squared pieces at the same time. Its four controlled and independent axis allow the edger to be added to an automatic installation, totally flexible and highly productive. Laser sensors placed at edger entry measure the board profile. Technical Features Each head carries two independent spindles holding the circular blades. The internal spindles can carry one circular blade; the external one can carry several circular blades. Spindles positioning follows by means of brushless motors with chromed balls screws. The frame is made of stabilized steel.
