Recycled fiber carding machine BCNT

BCNT is traditionally a machine of Italian origin, provided with large diameters in order to offer a large carding surface. It has been engineered to open recycled or difficult fibers, to avoid material waste and give great productive capacities. It is equipped with a three cylinders inlet not to damage the fiber which has all the space to open itself gradually, one large sized breast (1270 mm) and several carding points. The innovation is the breast detachment with double web: one transporter and one doffer are working indeed to clean this cylinder and to bring to the huge main cylinder (diam. 2000 mm) as much fiber as possible. Many working cylinders, till 12 in presence of particularly short fibers; under card lattice to collect and recover the dusts on the floor and fire extinguishing system device with water-spray. Big diameter doffers to improve cleaning and reducing the intervention times: the lower one has diam. 1000 mm and the upper one has diam. 700 mm. The suctions are operating in the critical points and measured to avoid the waste excess in the most dusty areas. The machine has a great visibility from the outside to achieve a largest control during the carding phases.
