DESCRIPTION HP model, High Performance, on the other hand is the most common nonwoven machine: the most popular in those sectors where the precision is necessary but in presence of pure raw materials and finished products which do not need big carding surfaces. Available in two versions: with breast from 550 mm or from 880 mm, there is the possibility to be equipped with all kinds of inlets according to the product to be manufactured even if generally speaking it prefers the feed plate on the overhead dish inlet. The drum has diam. 1500 mm and two outlet doffers from 550 mm of diameter are applied. Both randomisers and condensers are available for the final web configuration. The machine is completely sealed by grinded and polished covers with the consequent reduction of the ventilation and a big fiber control especially with fine counts fibers. The undercasings are openable to have a better access to the cylinders and to easily clean the machine, that, thanks to a special system, can be divided into three parts allowing the absolute accessibility to the groups.
