Stationary Vibrating Screens BSTE Series
Boratas Stationary Vibrating Screens BSTE Series with 2, 3, or 4 decks are used to separate the product according to its sizes. The screens are driven by a shaft system which consists of an eccentric shaft with an eccentric weight on each of its ends. The eccentric shaft is mounted on the screen body by special bearings. The screen vibration is circular. The distance between screen decks is wide enough to easily replace screen meshes. The wire tensioning system is designed in such a way that screen mesh replacement can be made in a short period. The screen front chute uses a rail system, providing a quick change of screen mesh when necessary.
The use of a high-quality and efficient vibrating screen is a prerequisite, as it greatly influences the classifying of the crushed product, which is the most important step in a crushing system.
Boratas vibrating screens can have up to four decks depending on the number of end products the customer needs. The screens are powered by a separate electric motor, mounted with a shaft on their main body containing special bearings and two counterweights. The movement of materials on our vibrating screens is circular and fluent without any disturbance.
One of the most important parameters in a screen is the distance between the decks. Accordingly, the tensioning system is designed to facilitate and speed up the replacement of the meshes. The discharge chute can also be moved on a rail to further facilitate the replacement of the meshes.
