Description

The D30/5/4Q-E1 is a small 4-quadrant digital controller for the control of brushless motor up to 150 W, equipped with digital Hall sensors. The internal control algorithm of the drive realizes the closed-loop control of the motor speed. Microprocessor:STM32F103C8T6 Efficiency:93.2 Dimensions:110 x 80 x 27 mm Weight:200 g Basic Operation: Close-loop (default), Open loop (optional) Power/Current Limiting:Power or current limiting operating mode (user configurable) so the drive can still safely operate when it exceeds preset power/current limits. Default is current limiting (15 A). Features: •Wide range input voltage: 10.5-26V, •Digital speed control - operates as «closed loop» speed controller •Maximum speed 60'000 rpm (motor with 1 pair of poles) •Set value input through PWM or external analogue voltage •2 different speed ranges selectable •Direction of rotation preset by a digital signal •The output stage can be enabled or disabled •Maximum output current limit adjustable up to 10 A •Motor speed can be monitored with the «FG» output •Status indication via «Ready» output •Motor blocked protection (current limit for blocked motor) •Protective functions: under voltage, overvoltage and short circuit protection •The built-in shunt regulator is designed to limit the supply voltage of the controller. •An analogue input can be used to detect the temperature of the motor
