The TOP DOWN version of the packing monobloc includes three stations: Placing of partitions or interlayers: This station is installed only upon request, and provides the positioning of partitions on the bottle pack, picking them from their storage unit. Case pre-forming and positioning: The flat cases, which are placed vertically in the storage unit, are picked-up to be pre-formed by robot and released on the bottle pattern. Case sealer: The case is first positioned over the bottles, then transferred to the case sealing where a special kinematic seals upper and lower flaps with hot glue. Reachable speed: up to 1200 cycles/hour. Features: - Automatic case conveyor with automatisms and controls for case feeding. - Vacuum picking heads for partitions. - Controls for checking if partitions are correctly open. - Easy-to-load and high-capacity partition storage unit. - 3 machines in a single machine, case erector, partition inserter and case sealer The TOP DOWN packing monoblocs are supplied with use and maintenance manuals in local languages.
