Sheet-feed or strip-feed pressing plants for producing the first shell of aluminum closures or tin-plate closures. Extreme infeeding precision is assured thanks to linear-motor and optical centering system. Sheet feeding can be straight or staggered. Single-row or double-row die-tools are equipped with four columns running on roller bearings and assure lifelong alignment between matrix and punch, even after maintenance or changeover. Changeover can be carried out by the operator in little time and very easily, by sliding the die-tool on a dedicated trolley. Lubrication of kinetic systems and of the ram where the die-tool is installed, as well as the lubrication of the infeeding sheets or strips, is centralized and automated. The touch-screen operator panel makes the user-machine interaction very easy and intuitive.
