High-speed rotary machines for inserting precut liners or pourers into aluminum closures. Lining machines are equipped with a variable number of heads, depending on requested speed. Machines can be set-up for inserting EPE, SARANEX or TNFOIL precut liners, as well as for inserting pourers, dosing valves, antifilling valves, dispensers or for assembling child-resistant closures. High flexibility in handling capsules of different size and format is ensured. Changeover can be carried out by the operator in little time and very easily. The touch-screen operator panel makes the user-machine interaction very easy and intuitive.
