The HS Carton Erector / Tray Erector model uses a ‘direct placement’ method of feeding the carton blanks into the forming tool. This method guarantees excellent performance and quick and easy setup using factory-set tooling. The HS Erector / Former erects cartons and trays using a conventional four corner lock system or hot melt glue. The HS can also be supplied as a Mini frame. The Bradman Lake HS “Mini” carton and tray former has been introduced to the market due to an ever-increasing demand for carton forming machinery that occupies minimal floor space. Its compact footprint is nearly half the size of traditional carton formers, yet it retains the same valuable features found in the Bradman Lake HS Erector / Former design platform.
