Single wire NC multiaxis shaping machine For profiling and roughing large and small blocks with a diamond wire, capable of interpolating up to 10 axes. Drilling unit The drilling unit available as an optional accessory is composed of a spindle for bits of up to 25mm in diameter to drill through holes in the block to create closed cutting profiles. Protected recirculating ball guides Vertical movements on the columns use a double recirculating ball guide on each side and 4 carriages. The guides are protected by robust bellows and they are located on the outside of the column to protect them from water jets and splashes. Movements and positioning remain accurate through time. Use of closed loop wires The innovative system for insertion of the wires on the rotating guide wheels allows the use of diamond wires that can be splice on site or pre-spliced closed loop wires. It is well understood that this type of tool allows higher performance and is less subject to breakage. Top-of-class operating ranges Breton Fuego is the only solution on the market to allow processing of large size blocks, especially considering shaping conditions in which the cut is made with the machine gantry in an inclined position. This allows the utmost freedom of expression for the creation of unique objects of large size. 360° guide wheels rotation Apart from being freely positionable and movable closer to the block, the guide wheel units rotate in order to guide the wire in all angles required for complex three-dimensional shaping operations. With rotation of up to 360°, the guide wheels can be freely positioned, removing all limitations in terms of the shapes that can be created.
