The differential pressure measuring instrument GBDF 604 R/G comes flush mounted on a stainless steel front panel and can be integrated in cleanroom wall systems/intermediate panels. It is particularly suited for the use in cleanrooms, laboratories, hospitals and industrial applications, as it provides very reliable and accurate measuring data of the respective room pressure conditions. The GBDF 604 R/G consists of a differential pressure sensor with a stainless steel measuring cell based on the capacitive measuring method (it is therefore very accurate and resistant to over-pressure) and a digital display. The calibration can be done in built-in conditions. The potentiometers for adjustment are covered by a lens head screw. So there is no need for dismounting the whole device for calibration purposes. The surface of the instrument is resistant to desinfectants and detergents in compliance with DIN 53168. The actual pressure value is displayed locally by a 4-digit digital display with red and green LED elements. Furthermore, 2 limit values with potential-free hangeover switches can be set across the whole measuring range. They can be tapped at the terminal and processed further. The limit values are set via the digital display. The programming of the set points can be done from the front. The configuration is password-protected. When a set limit value is exceeded, the LED elements of the digital display switch over from green to red, thus indicating the pressure status (good/bad) in the room via the signal colours green and red. The room pressure can be constantly monitored. To ensure a reliable performance, only high quality components are used.
