The NIROFLEX is a flexible, stainless steel corrugated pipe system. Large lengths of the pipe are produced at the BRUGG factory. With the key design element of having helically corrugated piping, the essential benefits of this technology from BRUGG are optimized geometry to minimize flow resistance, efficient heat transfer and good flushing. At the same time, it offers transverse rigidity and excellent flexibility. The system installation is quick and efficient with no welded connections or any fittings. It is exceptionally flexible and self-compensating, offering a small radii of bending. The unique helical corrugation offers favorable flow characteristics. The geometry of the corrugated pipe enables to the expansion to be absorbed. These benefits mean that NIROFLEX is easy to install and costs are kept to a minimum, even where difficult pipe routing is concerned.
