Coolflex and Coolmant insulated pipe systems are designed to deliver exceptional performances in piping networks for cold water supply, district cooling supply and waste water conveying pipelines. The superlative products from Brugg pipe systems are the result of extensive experience in the field of insulated pipe systems. The units are structured from an internal pipe manufactured from polyethylene- PE100 and an outer insulation, structured from CO2 blown polyurethane- PUR. The pipes can withstand temperatures of –20 °C to +40 °C and maximum pressures of PN16. They are perfectly qualified for use in main channels, supply channels, connections to residences, in area cooling networks for linking with geothermal resources and for insulated conveying of cold water. The insulated pipe systems are extremely durable and equipped with extraordinary insulation properties.
