The MATRIX II-MG Series includes four high-performance FT-IR gas analyzers within a compact and robust housing. These analyzers are designed for automated, precise, and real-time monitoring of gas concentrations across various applications. No matter your specific requirements, the system can be tailored to meet your needs.
Your advantages:
• Automated, high-precision, and real-time monitoring of gas concentrations
• Calibration-free quantification
• Compensation of interferents
• Gas cell can be heated up to 191 °C
• High pressure option up to 15 bar absolute (standard: up to 2 bar absolute)
• Spectral resolution better than 0.5 cm⁻¹ (standard: better than 1 cm⁻¹)
• Option for fast analysis (5 Hz)
• Various detector options
• Gas cell (optical path length): 0.1 m, 2 m, 5 m, 26 m
• Outstanding sensitivity covering ppb and %-range
• Sealed and purgeable optics
• Easy operation and maintenance
• Gas library with more than 390 compounds available
The configuration of each MATRIX II-MG can be optimized for your application, which includes the choice of the optical path length of the gas cell and the used detector type. By this concentrations from parts-per-billion (ppb) or even up to one hundred percent can be quantified. The gas concentrations are automatically retrieved by a nonlinear fitting procedure within the gas analysis software OPUS GA, without the need for extensive gas calibrations or expert knowledge. The analysis also takes into account the temperature and pressure of the gas and compensates the signal of interfering gas compounds.
