Orbital sanding line with abrasive belts, consisting in n°2 LT130 units, suitable for sanding and finishing operations on STRAIGHT parts having round, oval, elliptical or irregular section made of wood, bamboo, rattan, plastic materials and metal. First unit is equipped with abrasive belts for sanding operations while on second unit are mounted abrasive belts for finishing operations. A.m. line is suitable for parts with max. diameter 127 mm. and is equipped with double SELFCENTERING front/rear feed system, for taper and shaped parts with min. length 670 mm.. Particularly suitable to sand, prepare for painting and lacquering curtain rods, straight handles for agricultural tools, handrails, sports appliances, furniture components, taper poles and boat masts. On both units are mounted n°2 abrasive belts – size 2000 x 120 mm. According to specific requirements is also possible to customize such automatic line with extra equipment or special purpose machinery for further processings that will be designed, engineered and manufactured from our company to accomplish such tasks.
