Slicer AV 140 is designed and built to slice and contemporarily lay down product slices (cheese, cooked and dry-cured ham, speck and other charcuterie products, cooked meat, vegetables and fish) with thicknesses ranging from 0.5 mm to 15 mm. It is also possible to choose the AVN 180 slicer model equipped with a ribbon for the realization of portions with a quantity of slices of your choice that can be stacked, staggered or moved at a programmable distance. The AV 180 or AVN 180 slicer can be built in three different models, differentiated only by the cutting area (which can be 150/250/350 mm), maintaining the same characteristics of the AV180 slicers. The slicer top speed is approximately 180 slices per minute. This value can be adjusted to the product size thereby optimizing the slicer stroke. The product blocks are continuously in-fed, in a sequence, into the cluster. Depending on the size of the products, multiple clusters can be used at the same time, allowing a production increase. Features The sliced product can be laid down on bread, toasted bread, focaccias, pizzas and trays that will have to move continuously or in a timed way by selecting the appropriate functions on the operating panel.
