Green T.HE resin transformers are manufactured according to EN 50708-2-1 and comply with the provisions of Regulation 2019/1783 of the European Commission, which describes the mandatory requirements for the eco-friendly design of electrical transformers with powers above 1 kVA, used in electricity transmission and distribution networks.
These transformers, thanks to the high quality of the construction materials, guarantee a consistent reduction in energy consumption, promoting significant economic savings and the reduction of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.
Green T.HE resin transformers
The Green T.HE resin transformers have a considerably lower partial discharge (microscopic phenomena which speed up the ageing of the insulating resin) value than that required by design Standard CEI EN 60076-11. This feature is a synonym for competence, quality of the raw materials used and precision throughout the product working phases.
The new transformers are characterized by HV windings made in BIL LIST 2 and can be stored, transported and used even in extreme environmental conditions (Environmental Class E3).
The completely renewed magnetic core with newly developed and high performance materials, contributes to the reduction of transformer size and weight, while ensuring higher energy efficiency.
