Die Sets (SFG) are manufactured product-specifically and offer the advantage of setting a large number of clinching joints in just one press stroke. Bending or punching processes can also be integrated in this operation.
Die sets do not have their own drive unit and are installed, for example, in eccentric presses, bending presses or press brakes. The guiding and alignment task of the clinching tools to each other is carried out by the SFG.
The quality-determining base thickness of the clinching joints is achieved via integrated end stops within the tool. The number of clinching joints to be set is only limited by the max. pressing force of the press used.
