Dial-Type FMC (Flexible Manufacturing Cell) equipped with 3 horizontal machining centers (up to 650 mm cube). HSK63A or HSK100 spindles are available. They consist of 3 machining centers around a 4-station rotary table. Each machining center offers exceptional flexibility through 4 or 5-axis machining. Tool room available for extra tool capacity. Available with multiple self-centering chucks or with quick-change pallet-type clamping fixture with multiple reference points (datums). Available with CNC turning heads (for facing, profiling, single point threading…). Similar models named PENTA-CENTER are equipped with 5 machining centers.
